Arms, delts, legs and pecs are weak.

My back is my favourite part. Another 6 months before comparison. And yes, I'm aware 7 weeks is not a long period of time at all.

I think the lower back needs some more work. And add mass. Other than that looking good man for 7 weeks.

You are lean, which is good, but need a lot of size to look like you bodybuild.

Taking better pics would be a good idea too. The goal of reviewing a pic online is not to be "artistic", but to show a clear view of what you have accomplished, so teh black and white and dark photos really dont show that well.

How about taking full body shots......front and back,, show the wheels ( legs ) also...

If I show my wheels I'll have to hang myself. I know for a fact they're pathetic.

But sure, I'll get a pick of the front this week.
