So i knew you guys liked my transformation so i thought i'd post it here for everyone to see as alot of people look at the pictures here.

This is me at the end of JANUARY 08:








With proper nutrition and hardcore training ive become this in JUNE 09:



















Expect more pics in a few weeks :)

Guys if i can do this ANY ONE OF YOU can to!

You have definitely made some great progress in 18 months, imagine how good you will be looking in 18 more months! Obviously people are going to say "put more size on" bla bla bla, but that holds true for pretty much every bodybuilder. For the progress you have made in 18 months, it definitely shows your dedication to the sport. Keep it up!!!!

Yup, your three initial pictures you had no chest, shoulder, or back development but now you even got some great striations and vascularity in you!
