hey all just posting up a few pics hoping that iv improved abit, iv gained abit of weight but also gained abit of extra fat wich i will burn off wen im alot bigger, im 17 years old about 11 stone and 5'8-5'9 height, all feedback welcome, i no my posing still isnt very good but at the moment im just concentrating on gaining more then posing, cheers

first pic was taken in november, second in march and 3rd in june

Your lats have really taken off, you have really packed some serious mass on your back width. From those photo's you just need to get a bigger peak in your biceps, hopefully to match your shoulders. Just keep hitting it and you will have a really good physique!

work on the side delts, rear delts and biceps. Other than that practice posing, epsecially flaring out the lats. It seems as if you can flare your right lat out a bit better than your left so by practicing you will better your mind-muscle connection.

yeah thanks mate, any tips on how i can build up my shoulders better, mainly my side delts as i strugle building them up

lateral raises. dumbells or cables. maybey start your workout with rear delt exercises, bent over laterals, reverse pec deck etc. other than just keep pressing mate

i found that shoulder presses and barbel presses built up my shoulders, side lateral raises, front raises and reverse flys and maybe chuck in some upright rows, keep ya reps down to bwt 6-8 and sets 3-4, short and sweet.

definite improvements, bro.. especially in the v-taper..

as others mentioned, need to bring up the bi's to match the delts.. keep going hard, bro.

i can't get over that 3rd pic.. looks like your left shoulder popped up and out of place or something.. LOL.

for real, though, well done on your improvements..

cheers man :) haha yeah i no wat u mean about the shoulder, i hav no idea y its like tht, im nt sure if its jst my bad posing atempt but i hav noticed wen i milatary press one shoulder is a tiny bit higher then the other and i cant get them lvl, should i be worried about this ? :S
