Ok so i saw zacks leg shots and decided it was time to add some up myself. I will not include my legs cuz after 4 months of not training them has just ended for me after a knee injury there aint much to see (for now).

Yeh last time i bulked i got kinda fat. This time i kept it much cleaner and ate a LOT more. The cut i did just before these pics took ages but i was happy with the results. Got a tan too

Thx a lot mate. Yeh ive reallt found what works for me diet-wise and its really hepled. I wanna compete next year but i wanna be another 5-8lbs heavier at the same bf%. Im 5'10 i think.

Soon enough. The comp im gonna go on is in october this year so Ill check out the competition and see what i need to do so that i can make changes for my first attempt at it next year.
