Been training for approx 11 months now and here are my results:

I would estimate a body fat percentage of approx 18% but i'm not too concerned about that atm. My goal is to keep bulking for another 10kg or so before I start to diet and reduce bodyfat to below 10%.

I'm sorry I have no leg shots but I will try and get some shortly.

Please critique to your hearts content.. any advice is good advice!

your joking right? why would any1 wish to be a midget lol... I wish I was at least 5'8" i hate being called a short ass every where I go

in regards to your criticizm.. your right on the money! if you see my before shots I practically had no traps whatsoever and my back had no mass at all (in comparison to the rest of my body). So I have worked hard to bring these up in the last couple of months but obviously a lot more is needed to be up there with the rest of my upper body.

What do you suggest I focus on to flare those lats?

Thanks man its good to hear there is someone of relatively the same height as me bodybuilding. I am not exactly 5'3" i'm a 159cm so approx 5'2.5".
How long have you been training for bro?
I aim to be 80kg by the end of this year bulked and about 72kg (what I am now) completely shredded.

falring the lats is simply a matter or practice. You have some width in your lats already (although it could always imporve, as we all could).

For me, i try to contract my lats and push my elbows forward and shoulders down towards my waist. its really hard to explain but it is one of the poses that i think should be practiced regularly.

come next september it will be 4 years.

I'm between 167lbs to 170lbs depending on the day at about 10 to 12% bf. Right now my goal is about 180 by my next bday or so then maybe a competition of some sort... be it powerlifting or bb.

chances are if your 80kg at around 15-18%bf you wont be 72kg shredded, you will be under 70kg id say.

thanks zack. 4 years is an awesome achievement in itself... i only wish I started training when I was younger.

So Zack, are you natural?

I guess your right F111.
I don't plan to compete ever so 'completely shredded' is more an exaggeration. I want to look good with more of an athletic figure than anything else and want to remain that way throughout the year.. so more along the lines of 8 to 10% body fat I guess.

balls to 18% bodyfat man your probably about 13%-15%. Looking great. Keep hitting the gym as hard as you possibly can and stuff your face full of quality food :)

The first thing I noticed, prior to reading the other posts, was your traps. Definitely need to bring those up - but you already know that and are working hard to do so. We all have areas to work on, so keep it up!

It's tough to gauge your arms from the poses, but they seem solid - maybe some tri work? Like I said, tough to tell.. Good delts, by the way!

Otherwise, you look solid, bro. Just keep at it! Good job.

dont feel bad bro, im 5'4.. i used to get called short everywhere i went, but then the gym became my second, i wasnt growing any taller so ill grow bigger! no one really ****s withme anymore


but damn you look great man, you are quite bigger than i am, im stuck @ a plateu, i dont feel like im growin at all.

now i dont wanna jack ur thread, but being this height NEVER gave me any problems, except for some girls haha... id hate to date a chick thats taller than me!

Hey guys.... its been a while since I updated these photos... so heres the latest. I've been training for just over a year now!

I've been dieting for 3weeks now and i would say i've dropped to approx 12-15% BF... (currentlly 67kg) I want to keep dieting until my abs are back and ripped! just in time for summer :)

I really have no clue when it comes to posing lol but i gave it my best shot

Please let me know what you think and where I need to improve (please don't hold back!!!!)..... i've been working really hard on my back, traps & legs since the last time and i think i've done ok to bring them up to scratch to match the rest of the body.

OH BTW... I TOOK THESE PHOTOS TODAY LOL... I FORGOT TO CHANGE THE DATE ON THE CAMERA :p

You have a good overall physique but what stands out to me more than your Bis are your forearms they are pretty damn thick and your shoulders are prety good too.Thick back.Think you need to especially work on upper chest.

i'm 25 mate... its depressing knowing that by now I should be a lot bigger... if only I started training when I was younger.

Yer i think my whole chest needs work... it used to look so much fuller and thicker but since i've started to diet its almost as though i've lost size there. maybe that was where i was holding most of the water???

After summer I want to bulk really hard and try to gain as much size as possible... hopefully by the same time next year I would have added at least 8kg in lean muscle to my frame.

i'll put more focus on upper chest from now on... like I did for my back and traps. thanks Kaboom!!

You definitely have pretty good balance. Your legs could still use some work, but they will come in time.

I know how you feel about being 25 and not being big already. Don't focus on the past and think about what you could have done. You have solid plans for the future. Focus on those goals and you'll never say "I should've.." ever again.
