Hey all,

Well those that have been following my story LOL! I't been a long @$$ year.
Well I finally got my big butt back in the gym, its been about a couple weeks.
I can already see some of my body starting to respond, I got my wife to snap a few pics of me, i am a bit shy to show you guys, but oh well.. Here goes..

here's a snap of what I looked like 2 weeks ago.

And these were taking today right after my arm workout, I also weight'd myself, I am 168Lbs at 5'6 tall..

I still can't pose to save my life.. LOL

Thanks all

Don

Nice work. Keep it up. I think you should focus on your chest, and trapezius a bit more, so that they can be in sync with your arms. You might consider doing some abs too, and some isolating exercises too.

Dont rush it man.You could lose a few pounds in a couple weeks but you wont make much noticable gains in that 2 weeks.
Just dont wont you to get discouraged

Wow, that's quite a long time. :). Looks like you are very dedicated to this sport if you've been practicing it for such a long time. Well, I say that it's now to time to have a 6 pack then:P. Why not be HUGE and with a 6 pack.

Boring or not boring doing cardio is essential to reach a 6 pack:P. You have to do it to get a 6 pack. If you don't want a 6 pack then that's a different story:).
P.S. Sorry for not being able to reply so long, just been busy with exams, and they aren't over yet:(.
