hi, let me know what u think, weak points etc.
completely natural,been training for bodybuilding for around 2 years i guesss, always trained before that, but just not effeciently ahah

Cant really judge a whole lot from the one pic but doesnt look bad at all.
looks like you have nice chest and great arms,small waist.Looks like you could use more work on overall shoulder developement.(could be pose) and lat width.
Looking pretty good though.Lets et some more pics.

thanks for taking the time to look man, id agree with you, i uploaded some more pics. i definately have a hard time putting width on my shoulders and lats
my relaxed back seems to be the same width as my lat spread lol
pretty much everywhere its slow progress, just got to eat more

thankyou very much, that means a great deal to me
i will continue harder than ever
im 6ft, 78kg and my bodyfat im not sure on
about a year ago i did it and it was 6.6, then i did it again and it was 15, higher than one of my mates who has a spare tyre round his belly lol
im figuring both are wrong, and its around 7-8

great physique bro! Looks like you've made some serious gains in two years of training. I'd like to see more trap development in the back poses. And for the biceps pose (front double bi) perhaps more fullness in the long head of the tri, should hang a bit more for better arm symmetry.

working progress, my hamstrings are not great. Ill take some proper pictures of various poses soon.
I want to enter a natural bodybuilding contest next year, i think il be ready by then if the gains i have made over the last year have been anything to go by.

I'm with rIPPEDUP if u want to finish high in any contest its important to make sure you are showing some high quality wheels. I would say if you don't already, give a shot to some walking lunges with a barbell across the back adding weight as needed. Using a barbell helps target hams and glute/ham tie ins! Critical if u want to compete! A barbell also helps to focus more on doing the movement correct rather than focusing a little on holding heavier dumbells and keeps your upper body more erect. Do two walking sets across a basketball court or about 40-50 yards to start if they're weak then do an additional set as you progress and/or ad some weight. Hopefully it works well for you.
