1st - 183lbs - Feb 20th 2009





2nd - 193lbs - April 2nd 2009




I think il start cutting at 200lbs...then bulk again. What do you think? Any suggestions????

Insane improvement in that short a time period! If you keep putting on clean size like that, I don't see a reason to cut anytime soon!

Leaner? really? I thought my bf was about 15% or something. I posted at bodybuilding.com and got nothing but negative replies.

very good gains bro, wish i taken pics when i 1st started, been training a gud while now, but i dont think i look much different lol, time to get me a new gym partner!!

Cheers, Yeah, there's this guy who i usually train chest and shoulders with and since then, both of these parts have been lagging. Ive gotta just start doing my own thing, you should too :)

well the lad i train with is pretty much the same as me height wise body size ad the usual, but i think u can see alittle bit of difference in me, but he just doesnt up the weight in any of the workouts, as i am now starting to lift more, just think thats wot has held me back, but am just gonna go for it now bro, keep up the good work!

ur chest and traps look a lot bigger and more defined theres a little bit fat on lower stomach but not much looks like u put on more than 10lbs to me in a good way

Yeah it looks like more then 10lbs its weird, the extra fat is due to my insulin
(diabetic) so yeah its a bummer that it has stored a bit more round the stomach, but I plan on starting some HIIT cardio soon aswell. Thanks

Unless the pictures are misleading, I don't think you're 15%. I'm almost certain you're below 13%. I agree with everyone else.. measure your bodyfat, and then bulk for another month or two and measure bodyfat again. I don't see any change as far as bf between the two pictures.

yeah I shall do that I guess, its just that because im type 1 diabetic I have stored quite a bit of fat round my gut, look like im preggers sometimes lol. Il throw in some HIIT a couple sessions a weeks starting soon.
