ahhah, they look like they are coming up. Mine were similar about 5 months ago and now there is a dramatic improvement. Work hard and they will grow very quick.

looking good man i used heaps of free weights on my arms and they are way bigger than before.. my fav workouts is bi's over anything.. i love smoking them on any workout.
like every one says.. time..

Yeh i love to do:

standing bicep curls DB (one arm at a time)
seated DB curl on an incline (both arms)
Preacher curls DB (one arm at a time)
then do like a pulley machine curl in mid air like.
then finish with a bitching superset :)
