Whats your max squat? Lower body is equally important, lets see the wheels. Upper body looks good though, nice back definition.

If you have a bad back use the leg press machine and go deep. I'd work on forearms some, besides that I think you're off to an awesome start. If you're into other sports, make sure you get rest any time you can. It's harder to add size if you're really active and have a lot of cardio involved stuff going on.

After shrugs or dead lifts and biceps since your grip will already be hurting. I've only been working out for 2 months and some and that was my weak link, my grip.

I moved up in my lifting way faster than my grip could hold. I've been doing forearms on back day and trap day since it hits my grip the hardest and you can kill them with a few sets at the end.

Out of curiosity, what do you mean when you say "bad lower back problems?" Do you have a particular injury? Have you ever seen a doctor about it? If so, then yeah, you want to be careful with using heavy weight that requires your lower back to do a lot of work. But if your back is just weak from not having worked on it, you should try to change that up. Start light with good form on deadlifts and squats. 16 is kinda young to be having back problems already.

By the way, your stats are impressive for someone your age and weight. Keep up the good work.

O.k. well, stenosis does sound like a bit more of a problem then just a weak lower back. I think many people get that, but usually not until later in life. Bottom line is, look into some way to be strengthening your lower back. Talk to a doctor or physical therapist if you're worried about doing damage or if it hurts.
