Hey guys, just thought I would update everyone on some progrees I've made since being away at college. I was doing a lot of biking at the start of the year and lost most of the previous mass I had. One day I went to the gym and struggled to move weights I used to warm up with. That day I realized that I hated that weak feeling. So, I started hitting the gym hard and gained weight and strength very fast. Here I am now!

Before 5'10'' 140 lbs
Now 5'10'' 162 lbs

Yeah dude, definately a hard task at college. This is what I aim to eat every day. Obviously every day is different but here's what I try to eat.

Meal 1
6 whole eggs
Oatmeal
2 glasses of milk
Banana

Meal 2
Packet of tuna
Banana

Meal 3
1 Chicken breast
Some type of carb...
Mixed veggies
2 glasses of milk

N.O. supplement
Workout, drink Xtend
Protien/Creatine shake

Meal 4
Chicken/Pork
Rice
Veggies
2 glasses of milk

Meal 5
1 cup oatmeal (before cooking)
2 tbs peanut butter
glass of milk

Its not exactly what I would like to be eating, but it's tough living in the dorms. Tuna and oatmeal is about the best I can do as far as "in between meals" Any suggestions are certainly welcome.

Hey dude - great diet - you got it dialed in! a few tweaks I'd make:
post workout snack - add a scoop of glyco-maize to your shake - It's fast digesting carbs and adds no fat or flavor to the shake.
Add in meal 6 just before bed - 1 C nonfat cottage cheese - mix it with chopped chives (green onions) or with Splenda and vanilla, or with a few frzn blueberries & splenda - whatever it takes to get it down. it's slow digesting as you sleep and hi protein. Also for carbs - try micrrowaving sweet potatoes - you can eat them skin & all - very good source of complex carbs and they are portable. I eat them like a candy barr and just carry them around in my coat poket - no mess! Increase your cals by 500 a day and keep up the workouts - you'll be huge by summer! props man!

I think it is a good improvement, I think the arms came along great. If I had to pick one single thing to improve it would be a little more back width. Great job gaining and staying on the lean side also, regardless night and day changes.

Hey man - you are too hard on yourself - you have a hella good frame and base all over. - bis will come easy when you start making gains - so don't worry about that. Go for the compound exercises and try to include wide grip pull ups - That will work your bi's wicked good and broaden your shoulders at the same time. Tris - too - do some dips or weighted dips - your arms will be swole in no time!

I took some pictures today and thought I would put them up here. Positive criticism is welcome. I'll be using this thread to update periodically to keep track of how I'm doing.
Currently:
163 lbs
5'9''?5'10''
Bench 260
Squat 225x10
Deadlift 315x2

Personally, I would like to see bigger arms and more apparent back width in the front double bi. I'm very pleased with my legs, definately a strong point in my eyes. I'm also bringing in more deads into my routine so im looking forward to some gains in the back.

Hey man - good work! - Try having a shake w/ 3 scoops protein powder and 2scoops glycomaise immediately (less than 30 mins) after your workout. add that and 1 C of lowfat cottage cheese before bed at 10 or 11pm. You'll be hitting 170 and moving beyond fast!

currently 168. I'll throw up some more pics in about 2 weeks as well as the spreadsheet I've been using so you guys can see my strength progression as it correlates to my weight. Last wednsday I started using TrueMass and started a new creatine mono cycle. I feel confident I'll get to at least 170, probably more like 175.

Excellent progress dude! Make sure you get some good nutrition before bed too since your body is repairing itself (and growing) at night. I'd suggest 1.5 cup lowfat cottage cheese - slow digesting protein.

Keep it up buddy!
