LOL i'm with ya big man. you're on stage its time for your best side chest, now you have to remember bend your legs drive the inside knee into your thigh, flex your calf, keep your entire leg flexed, now extend your arm while the other reaches up gives resistance while you pull the extended arm in to your waist, now keep your shoulders level, push elbow out to flex rear delts, chest up back slightly arched, don't let go of the leg that is flexed, turn at the waist open up to judges, squeeze abs, keep pushing arm down, oh yeah flexed pecs, and lastly sqeeze the intercostals AND you want to remember to smile? WHAT?!?!?! hahahahaha tony i don't smile either brother.
