i mean its just crazy all the things you have to remember to do for each pose and then remember to smile. besides when your face becomes drawn and you do smile, ya end up looking like a dork at least i do. lol

You dont necessarily have to smile do you?? I read somewhere that a smile is fine likewise a more serious face may be appropriate but I think that refers to the individual routine so maybe a dark/dungeon song could have a serious face and barbie girl a smiley face!!!!

This is my future bodybuilder.She loves it.Tags along with me to the gym as much as possible.She has been doing gymnastics since she was 4 shes now 8.Yes very small for her age.Believe it or not she can do more sit ups and pullups than my 16 yr old son lol

aww lookin good you two. Its amazing how strong these scrawny kids are! My friends daughter it the same way very tiny for her age, she is 11 and only looks a bit bigger then your girl. She drags logs down the beach paddled me and her across a huge lake in my kayak and didnt even get tired. So cool to hear she likes going to the gym with you, shell be lifting in no time, probably has a killer core from gymnastics, own bodyweight stuff it great.
