Bench: Max 1 Rep 260lbs
Squat: Max 1 Rep 400lbs
cut - weight = 158lbs
Bench: Max 1 Rep 260lbs

maintained strength, just lost weight! over 3months strict dieting!

Hey man - nice job - yu look totally shredded! IMO your frame coul;d hold a lot more bulk so i'd say lift heavy and eat clean and you can pack on 20lbs of muscle easy this year! Good work! Reps!

looking pretty decent in the photos...

i have a hard time believing the 400 LB squat... not that it is a huge number, but you do not look like you squat 400.

have you ever actually squatted 400? or is this what you estimate your max at? what are your working sets with?

dont think i can do it to be honest
but the calculator said that was my 1RM
my legs are a decent size

Cant believe them calculators bro.Just gotta actually do it to know.
I do 405 for working sets of 8-10 and it said I could do well I forget it was some high ass number but I wouldnt even attempt it lol

you still look like you are on the right track. it doesnt really matter if you can squat 400 or not. the important thing is you are making gains. keep up the great work man!
