K heres a pic of me in the summer. Im on the right, my buddy on the left is now huge, I convinced him to start taking creatine, he dont look to bad for jus taking protein. I dont look much different now, the gains are coming very slow now but strength keeps improving a lot. As you can see the creatines getting to me, lol.

Thanks guys, still a lot of room for improvement, I need to stop bulking and start cutting soon.

I think that thing on his arm is where he got his vaccination shots when he was born I think.

And im about 5'7 closer to 5'8 blitzkrieg.

Lookin good, bro - Thick as said above. IMO - you don't need to cut just eat clean and lift heavy w/ good form. that weight looks good on your frame - in a year you'l def be more muscular even if you don't cut. (just stay away from junk foods)

nah kaboom, i just use the word huge very loosely, jsut where im from, a lot of people say that word openly. What i ment is he is bigger,but no, he still has a lot to learn let alone a lot of weight to gain.
