Heres me I'm 20 years old 5.6", 140lbs. This is me after workng out for about 5 months but not eating right. Hopefully the way i eat now i will gain some bulk and then cut at the end.

Welcome to the dungeon.. Good foundation umm what no wheel shots.. ( legs I mean)..lol

Here chew on this

Protein:
• Tuna or most any fish.
• Cottage cheese.
• Eggs (especially the whites).
• Chicken breast (boneless skinless).
• Turkey breast (boneless skinless).
• Lean beef.
• Low fat or no fat cheese.
• Low fat pork.
• Milk protein isolate.
• Whey protein.
Soy protein.
• Essentially most any other source of protein so long as it is low in saturated fat and carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates:
• Sweet potatoes.
• Oat meal, oat bran, oat bran cereal (i.e. cheerios).
• Bran cereal.
• Brown rice.
• Wheat bread (try to limit to 2 slices per day).
• Beans.
• Low fat popcorn (low fat butter spray makes this a delicacy).
• Fruits (limit to 2-3 servings per day).
• Malto dextrin (during workout).
• Dextrose (during workout)
• Vegetables.
• Stay away from refined grains and anything that says "enriched" or "high fructose corn syrup" on the label!

Fat:
• Omega 3 capsules (i.e. fish oil capsules).
• Flax seed oil.
• Primrose oil.
• Borage oil.
• Olive oil.
• Nuts (limit to 1 serving per day), peanut butter (as long as it does not contain hydrogenated oils).
• Egg yolks.
• Fish (salmon especially).
• All other fat should come as a by-product of your carbohydrate and protein intake.

Yes, but the whites have all the protien and the yokes have most of the calories and cholesterol. I usually use 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites and scrambe them up...

Kreeper in your diet you need to ax the pork ribs and add like lean ground serloin or even a lean steak.
You arent a big guy(fat i mean) but you have a waist so be sure to keep some cardio in even on a bulk

Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Shoulders
Thursday- Arms
Friday- Legs
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest

Rinse and repeat baby.

Also eat till your going to burst. Do that every 2 hours. Buy some creatine, some protein, a multi vitamin, maybe even some pre workout supp. like nano vapor, N.O explode, super-pump, jacked. Anything like that.

Follow what I posted and ull be laughing in no time man. I got my bro into working out 3 monthes ago, he followed what i just typed, and he is a big boy now, he used to be a twig.
