This is my Girlfriend...Competes in Figure...let me know wut yall think..

This is my GF Monica...she is 24yrs old...she has always been athletic and always worked out but she didnt get serious about training untill August 07.
In 2008 she competed in 2 shows....2008 NPC Arkansas State Bodybuilding,Figure and Fitness Championship..she was the overall Figure Winner...and she also competed in the 2008 Northwest Arkansas Classic in which she was the overall Figure winner.

She has 3 shows planned for 2008...in June is The Southern Classic in Mississipi...July is Jr Nationals in Chicago and in Nov is Nationals...

I will be at all these show so if yall happen to be there def show some support

We always train together and i have to give her alot of the credit on the way i look cuz she def pushes me with my diet and training...

dude, very nice. she's got a very balanced physique, great shoulders, arms to match. i'd like to see her back and hams but i'll bet they are just as defined. she will do very well in up coming competitions. good luck to her and you.

First off, good luck to you in your upcoming competition and good luck to her as well. Now, your girl has one of those Goddess physiques man, very proportionate and defined. She a tip top figure. Thanks for the comps...I edited the post and put a pic of her back on there...it looked good last year but her back has improved so much for this years competetions...her entire body has improved alot. Thanks again bro

nice back, if she's picked more thickness, this is only a suggestion and speaking as judge in oklahoma, have her spread her shoulder just a bit more to give her more a v-tamper and more her waist line from the back look even smaller. just a suggestion bro. again good luck.

she has def put alot of thickness on her back...and we have been working on her poseing and before you posted this I was talking to her about spreading her shoulders..and it def makes big diff on the V....Thanks again

I can see what dan was saying though about spreading her shoulders.Shes definitely got it bro.
Couple them girls on that stage should not have been up there.They arent even in the same league as your girl.

Thanks for the comps! Now she is working with Kim Oddo...dietician/trainer....he had 5 girls place in the top 10 in the Arnold this year...I cant wait to see how he has her looking this year because those pics she did the dieting her self....
