Welcome to the dungeon! Make a thread in the Introduce Yourself section and tell us more about yourself and your goals.

My critique is to work on: Lats, biceps, shave and tan.

You have good quads and symmetry.

thanks for tips, will try to perfect it.

I gym for an hour and a half... is it too long?
one thing I don't ever do is... I never stretch before or after I train.

an 1 & a half, that depends are you hitting 1 bodybart within that time,2,3...?if you're hitting 1 bodypart well I'd say it might be a little long if you 're a drug free athlete, but then again if it delivers you real results then it's all right,i suggest lowering the volume & crank up the intensity & effort & see if that delivers you even better results

hello and welcome Hannes,
you have a solid muscle base going , looks like you need to add a bit of mass or bulk how ever you prefer to call it, how long have you been training and what kind of diet are you on at the moment?
yes 1 1/2 hours seems like a long time to be in the gym, unless your doing some cardio after or before your workout than no.. but if your just training with weights it seems a bit much, 45 min to 1 hour should be more than enough to for your work out, could you post what your training routine`s look like?
