23, natural, 6'3", 228. Bodybuilding about 1 year, took a year off, this is me after being back for one month., Lifting with sports teams for a long time, but its not always the most conducive to bodybuilding.......

just a tip .. when youre doing a back double bi.. lean back more and dont have yours forward... kinda hard to explain.. read Gumby's thread in the contest section on how to do it right.

Thanks tech---You sure know how to make me feel like a real man! Gumby, yeah, the posing is pretty horrible...Ill try and do better. I think I have the front lat spread ok.
