23, natural, 6'3", 228. Bodybuilding about 1 year, took a year off, this is me after being back for one month., Lifting with sports teams for a long time, but its not always the most conducive to bodybuilding.......

just a tip .. when youre doing a back double bi.. lean back more and dont have yours forward... kinda hard to explain.. read Gumby's thread in the contest section on how to do it right.

Thanks Hdogg and Pain. Yeah, a shaved head helps a lot, especially in Arizona in the summer. In the winter though, it does get a bit chilly
