This is kinda wut we follow at the current time...
Mon- legs(focus on hams and glutes)...abs :circuit
Tues- upperbody - chest/bis/tris...abs:curcuit
Wed - shoulders...calves...abs:curcuit
Thur - legs (focus on quads)...abs: obligues only
Fri - back...arms(superset bis and tris)
Sat - off
Sun - back ...work on weak points...
Like I said I train with my GF that competes in Figure so this workout is set up more for her and her weaker points...which we change it up alot too tho...and she does alot more cardio that i didnt put in there...i dont do much at all cuz i am bulking.
