I am 21yrs old......about 5'7 185lbs in these pics...i am bulking to over 200lbs...just wanted to see what yall think me at this point...started at 170lbs about 2mo ago but i dont have any pics from that time...let me know my strong points and weak points....or any advice...thanks

BTW these pics r with no pump at all....just took the pics...

looking very good brotha, looking solid for 185 definitley have a good frame to build off, deg need to hit the legs harder to keep up with the upper body, keep up the good , those are some sick tats by the way

Thanks bro....but i feel like these pics do not do my legs any justice...they look smaller in these pics than in person...ill try to get some better pics soon...i love working legs btw so i dont slack on them at all...if i slack on anything it would be bis and chest....

Looking really good for 175, look a lot more...are your abs allright?? one side seems to be higher than the other at the bottom...?!?

yeah i dont wanna gain much fat...but im not trying to stay lean or anything...ive just been gaining good lean muscle so im not complaining too much....

This is kinda wut we follow at the current time...

Mon- legs(focus on hams and glutes)...abs :circuit

Tues- upperbody - chest/bis/tris...abs:curcuit

Wed - shoulders...calves...abs:curcuit

Thur - legs (focus on quads)...abs: obligues only

Fri - back...arms(superset bis and tris)

Sat - off

Sun - back ...work on weak points...

Like I said I train with my GF that competes in Figure so this workout is set up more for her and her weaker points...which we change it up alot too tho...and she does alot more cardio that i didnt put in there...i dont do much at all cuz i am bulking.

Oh yeah...i made a thread about her and put pics on it and stuff...check it out

mate you look good, my first thought was do some more work on your legs to make them stand out more as you upper body appears to overshadow your legs

ok..yeah i agree with you...i push my legs pretty hard but i guess its just not one of my strong points...they will come in time tho...Thanks for the advice

PLUS I have no tan AT ALL..lol...i think with a lil color my entire body would look alot better...

I have to say first off your traps are huge. The ink really does well to show it off. Second off in those first pics you scream out MMA fighter. Do you do any full body workouts like Jiu Jitsu or even grappling?

Thanks man, but to be honest I get a lot of working out during my two classes a week doing Jiu Jitsu. I mean yes I bust my ass by after class every muscle seams like it was worked well into the "good burn" zone.

I havent done anything recently...but i did train at an MMA school for a few months a lil while back...but all i do now is weight train...I would love to train MMA for awhile and try to fight but i dont really have time to train like i would want to and i just like bodybuildng too much
