My journey began almost a year ago in December of 2007. I weighed 220lbs and was a victim of the freshman 20. After i flipped the switch and realized it was time to make a change i joined a gym and began lifting. Soon i had become addicted and within 5 months i was down to 182. I have been clean bulking for the past 3 months and currently weigh 194 at 6'2. Comments and criticism are all welcomed. Thanks guys.

6 Months Ago: 182 Lbs

Right off the bat I can tell your upperchest needs work, so do your delts and traps. You have a solid base. Back looks good but u gotta work on your lats. Overall I think you need to build more lean mass but you're lookin good bro. I'm 6ft 1 so I know it isn't always easy for the tall man to build mass and fill out. Keep lifting!

like xemantic said your chest needs more work especially the upper. your rear delt needs lot of attention to catch up to your side and front. tho it could be your posing not getting the rear to jump. need more thickness and width in your lats. overall, i think you've done an amazing job of turning your body around, losing 50lbs is great!!! nice job, bro. keep working hard.

I think your back and bis are your strengths right now. Not to mention plenty lean.

xemantic had some great points - i'd say go for wide grip pullups for your lats - that's an excellent exercise and will get harder as yoou bulk. Also I'd suggest doing your chest with DB's instead of the bar - make sure to include incline bench press.

Good work dude - excellent progress.
