I believe I have started to improve my posing a little bit and lat width too, tryna equal left lat and right out, right is slightly larger than right. Legs need improvement all the way Im aware of , lower back has went down but Im in the phases of focusin on other parts such as tricep thickness, legs, lats, back overall, chest/upper chest, shoulder mass/width...I will maintain the current lower back size but will add mass when I have my other weak areas improved and proportionally symmetrical...THANKS FOR ANY! CRITICISM OR ADVICE REGARDING ANY ASPECT OF BODYBUILDING!! Oh and I needed to show more areas like my lower and upper body simultaneoulsy to get some advice on balance and
