I believe I have started to improve my posing a little bit and lat width too, tryna equal left lat and right out, right is slightly larger than right. Legs need improvement all the way Im aware of , lower back has went down but Im in the phases of focusin on other parts such as tricep thickness, legs, lats, back overall, chest/upper chest, shoulder mass/width...I will maintain the current lower back size but will add mass when I have my other weak areas improved and proportionally symmetrical...THANKS FOR ANY! CRITICISM OR ADVICE REGARDING ANY ASPECT OF BODYBUILDING!! Oh and I needed to show more areas like my lower and upper body simultaneoulsy to get some advice on balance and symmetry. So I wore some whittie tighties, closest thing to posin trunks right now ha

Hey Man - your traps look great - arms too and you've really gotten lean - GReat work! I'd do some work on your hamms - maybe separate them from your leg day and do calfs alone on an upper body day - that way you can really kill 'em. I'd also work on the shoulders/delts - you look good but could definately use some more mass there. How's your diet - r u getting enough cals to add some bulk?

And you gotta go get some new underware - at least go black.....LOL

looks better s4p. i see improvement in the left lat. good job. something is breaking down on your rear lat spread. do this for me. stand straight up with your chest out and have someone take that pic. then i want you to roll your shoulders over and look at the floor - flex your lats - leaving your lats flexed straighten up with your chest out put a slight arch in your back. have someone take that pic.

with your back in this last pose reach back and place your thumbs about where your love handles would if you had any. leaving your chest out pull your arms forward - get wide bro. be sure to keep your chest up and back straight. take that pic. i think this might keep your shoulder blades in.

lastly, on your rear double bi rotate your arms back, your hands will be straight up from your biceps, leave everything else the same. this will show off your shoulder more in that pose. oh yeah take that pic too.

hope this makes sense.
