alright so i hit the 12week mark on my first bulk this week and i took some pics... the quality isnt good and honestly i think i look like total ****, and im kinda down about it... i always eat clean, no exceptions wat so ever, and i guess my caloric intake is just a little too high... but try and look past the fact that ive gotten super overweight and just critique me in terms of just muscle growth if you can see through the miles of fat ive put on.... in the before pics i was waying 143 and now im 175 so you can get an idea... thanks bros

Thats good progress for you're first bulk... what was ur diet like? were you eating clean but uping your overall intake? Looks like you've put on a bit more bf than is usual.

yea its really pissin me off bro, ive never seen anyone get that fat that fast eatin as clean as i do...i think it must have had somethin to do with the fact that i was overweight my entire life and then lost almost 60lbs really fast and and then immediately started this bulk and began eatin like crazy... must have been the sudden increase in calories and carbs, plus the decrease in cardio... pretty much all of the fat that ive put on came in the first few weeks.... heres my daily diet:

6:00AM--20g whey/6eggs(3whole/3white)2slices cheese/1/2cup oats(dry)/1banana/1tbsp. peanut butter/2tbsp. honey/fish oils

9:00AM--2slices whole grain bread with 4ozchicken and 1slice cheese/1slice whole wheat bread with 1tbsp. peanut butter/ 1cup spinach

12:00PM--2slices whole grain bread with 4ozchicken and 1slice cheese/1slice whole wheat bread with 1tbsp. peanut butter/ 1cup spinach

3:00PM(Preworkout)--2slices whole grain bread with 4ozchicken and 1slice cheese/1slice whole wheat bread with 1tbsp. peanut butter/ 1cup spinach/fish oils

5:00PM(Postworkout)--75gdextrose/60gwhey/creatine

7:00PM--5ozground beef/1slice cheese/ 2/3cups whole grain pasta(dry)/ 1cup brocoli/ 1tbsp. olive oil/

10:00PM(prebed)--45g casein/fish oils

i never add salt or seasoning of any kind to any of my food...
