first 1 was the biginning. (cheesin) a lil tipsy lol weighing 155lbs
the second 1 is 1 1/2 at the time! weighing 176lbs 14% body fat
im 5,8" in height

i been doing high weight an reps of 8-10 4-6 2-3

im curious i changed my arms to low weight an supersets but it seems to have made my arms smaller.
should i stick with the high weights low reps to get big! im looking to get BULK not cut. so if anyone has anything to say go ahead.. im interested in your comments.

Not the best comparison pics but looks like you made great progress. I typically recommend cutting when you reach 13%. If you keep trying to bulk you will gain more fat than muscle due to your hormones. Im not the best person to go to for training advice and everyone has different theories but if you are going for pure size I would say stick in the 6-12 rep range.

Your arms will have seemed to get smaller because you were probably carrying a bit of extra meat on them before you started losing weight. As far as bulking up goes, you should visit the nutrition board to get some general ideas of what you should be eating. Just keep in mind though that you should be eating about 5-6 times a day. The training you are gonna have to experiment with on your own, the 6-12 rep range works for me and it may work great for you, but you may find that you get better results on a high volume routine. One of my buddies uses high volume/low weight and he looks wicked.
