OLD STATS:
age = 18
wieght = 73.1kg
height = 6ft 1
goal = add mass

NEW STATS :
age = 19
weight = 82.1kg
hieght = 6ft 1
goal = add mass

You're definitely lean. Since it looks like you have a good metabolism you should be able to put on some good lean muscle. You might want to concentrate on your traps and chest a little, they need to catch up some. What's your routine look like as of now? And have you checked out the nutrition section and looked at the bulking primer sticky?

Yeah i am and i also got a fast metabolisim indeed to pack on as much as muscle as i can. yeah i am doing more of traps and chest lately to even my chest out and also make traps size bigger.

what do you mean by routine? my w/o routine?

and yes i have, i have a kinda strict diet, but for me i just eat eat eat eat chicken meat carbs, veggies every 2 hrs along side with whey protien.

Great progress from the first load of pics bro. You definetely packed on some good size, slow but steady, but that's what you want. Your arms & back have come along nicely. But you need to work on your poses...
