I had a minor surgery during this summer which resulted in about 6 weeks of no training, followed by couple weeks of weak lifting. Whatever it is, I hope my current size isn't smaller then couple months ago. Although, to speak the truth, I probably am a bit smaller, including loss of some definition. I guess my only choice is, lift harder.

Great progress! Lower back loos sick in march 08 pic! wish i started when you did. Nice shoulders too. Any front/leg shots?

in march you look way thicker than your befores, nice work... yea you look a little softer in the last pic but dont get down man you had surgery, and thats a lot better as far as maintaining good shape than most people could do... stick with it

Upper body definitely looks better now that it has caught up to your shoulders. One thing I would concentrate more on is your biceps, they seem to be lagging a bit with the rest of your development.

wow great detail in ur back in the march 08, id say bring ur biceps up aswell, cos ur shoulders are quite big in comparison it will make ur arms biceps look slightly smaller. nice small waistline aswell, and for having surgery uve managed to stay in good shape, good lad. u shud post some front pics an leg pics to see where if we can point out wer improvements need to be made an offer our help an ov cors see wat areas are lookin good

Looking good bro. Nice, but steady progress. Great detail on the back. Looking thicker over the period of those 3 years, but you could have definetely gotten bigger within that time scale. You need to eat more, not trying to be negative bro, please don't take it the wrong way.

What's the diet like?

yeah i definitely think i could've gained more mass over the years too but i failed to do so. i started around 125 lbs; my overall goal was to hit 160 lbs. i got up to 135 lbs, then 140 lbs. then my short term goal was to hit 150 lbs, i hit it but didn't maintain it due to many personal difficulties. currently i'm around 140+ lbs, i really wished to have hit 160 lbs at the end of the past summer but my minor surgery ****ed it up. right now i'm pretty much maintaining my weight but increasing my weight lifts. oh and right now my diet consists mainly salmon and rice and asian food. can't afford to eat steak like i did before. ****s way too expensive in this town and the quality isn't even good. and i have no idea how much my daily calorie intake is.
