i would keep bulking bro... yea youll have to up your calories a bit but keep bulking and put on some more size... unless your getting ready for a show or something you can always lose fat later, just keep building muscle until you planned and cut then.... plus, its winter right around the corner so who the hell cares about some extra fat... good luck

Never give up...thats the first step to failure...or maybe it's the last step Seriously though, you don't look as bad as you think. Yes you are carrying a bit of extra weight but gaining a pound a month isn't something you should worry about at all. I've seen guys that use the McDonalds and Ice Cream diet on their bulk and look like ****. You've got a pretty good base and it would be interesting to see what you look like once you cut down your body fat. How much cardio are you doing at the moment?

Not bad at all, bro. Arms and chest look good.
I would keep bulking but slowly. Try to keep that waist down.
How are the legs and back looking?

IMO you should always be doing some form of cardio, even if it's just 15min of warm up on the bike. It's always good to get the heart rate up to burn some fat and get the blood moving. The point of a bulk is to gain weight but you don't want to gain too much bad weight.

mate looking good, keep up the good work. If its winter coming for you i reckon keep bulking until it gets warmer then starting cutting

I agree with Sparky, try and do some sort of cardio. If nothing else, it will help you when you start to cut as you'll be able to do more cardio quicker than it would starting after it warms up

years ago i talked to Aaron Maddron, ifbb pro, about training. even during a bulk cycle he recommends doing 3 thirty min cardio sessions per week just to keep the metabolism up. i personally like doing 4 but don't have the time.

the pics are somewhat grainy but i can see good balance in your physique. keep lifting big, eat clean as possible, and get plenty of rest. becareful not to overtrain, sometimes in our quest to get bigger we end up doing to much and go backwards. good luck and stay after it.

if you're looking to be a powerlifter than shock your bi's by using bigger wts using the cheater principle (some swinging of the wts) but if you want to be a bber than its about feeling the lift, feeling each contraction of the muscle. that's what makes bi's bigger. actually feeling them work. this actually applies to all muscle groups, developing your mind-muscle connection. in the end for bbers its not whether you can lift a house but look like you can lift a house.

here try this for a couple of weeks, put your bi's through hell, do super sets. first one, ez curl bar on the outside grip super setted with bumbell curls where the bumbell is under your chin. second one, hammer curls super setted with straight bar curls on a narrow grip. 3 supersets for both. finish on the cable cross over machine doing standing curls. we just did inside and outside together finishing with and exercise that hits both. tyr this for a couple of weeks then go back to your regular routine. you might an increase in strength. oh yeah use a wt where you get 10 reps per set totalling 20 reps per super set. good luck and let me know if you try it and how it worked.

I'm 6' and about 197 and currently cutting. I started cutting when I got to about 215. I didn't do a very clean bulk and I started to gain some bad weight.. had to buy new pants, etc. I would just be aware of stuff like that. If you're just getting good gains and not gaining fat at a rapid rate, don't stop til you want to.
I would agree that it's good to do some cardio all the time. It was very difficult mentally to get back into cardio. Likewise, while I'm cutting I still try to lift heavy for the sake of muscle memory when I bulk again.
