wats up bros

7 months ago i got into weight lifting when i decided that i wanted to lose weight... from then on i began reading anything and everything i could get my hands on that had anything to do with proper diet and nutrition... i busted ass for 6months and never cheated once or missed a cardio session or a day in the gym... i went from 196.5lbs and 38%bodyfat to 143lbs and 9%bodyfat... Its been about a month now and im bulking for the school year to put on size and then i will be competing in a show at the end of the summer... Bodybuilding changed my life and i am never going to stop... Im hooked for life and this is only the beginning of the journey... here are the pics

great f'ing job man! you and I have very similar body types. How much mass are you hoping to put on before you start cutting down for your show?

well this is my first bulk, so im not really sure what to expect. i mean im completely natural so im hopin to put on around twenty lean pounds, not counting the extra weight that comes with a bulk... its been about 7wks on the bulk and ive been bloated as **** since i started eating again but i guess it was the sudden increase in calories and creatine, but im wayin in at 173.5. I eat cleaner than most professionals do and never ever ever ever ever eat out so im pretty sure that other than the water weight i havent put on much fat... im gonna take some pics after the 12wk mark and you guys can judge my progress by than... thanks for the comments bros
