his name is Ehab Ayoub, I havnt talked stats with him because they always change, I think prior to comps he lowers his bodyfat to 4-6% and drinks very little water, I was in Israel a couple of months ago and the training session we had was awesome, he is going to send me more pics so ill put them up when I got em :)
