For two years lifting mate you have done great. You are showing great definition.

You have an excellent foundation to work on, try and keep your symmetry when adding size and you will build a fantastic physique.

I would try and focus on adding some width to your upper lats.

What supplements you taking?

OBVIOUSLY I want more size-->that's why I lift! I hit my legs hard and will say that pic was with my legs relaxed. I want wider legs and definitely a wider back. I do lots of deadlifts so that's where I believe my thickness comes from but I (since these pics cuz when do you ever SEE your own back) have recently begun focusing more on back width....I appreciate the comments and enjoy positive criticism....I have also switched from a heavily dumbbell chest workout to barbell to balance out my pecs....thanks again for all the comments!!

Being 6'2" you need alot more mass IMO. You have great definition but with another 30-40 pounds you would look wicked. ****, I cant remember the last time I weighed 180 lol. Do you have any plans to compete, or is this just for your own enjoyment (and maybe your girlfriends)?

ALL:

Thank you for the comments-I enjoy and respect any advice that can be given. I would like to add on more mass (and more, and more, etc.) 20 more lbs is my next goal. I would like to compete in maybe a year or so. Right now my routine is as follows:

Mon-Chest/calves
Tue-Back
Wed-Legs or Arms (depends if I did deadlifts for back)
Thu-Shoulders/calves
Fri-Arms or Legs

I try to eat as much as possible in any way, shape or form since my metabolism can take it. I do abs once a week and the only supplements I take now are NO2 and Muscle Milk or Cyto Gainer. I will get back on a Pre-workout NOXplode or Size ON here in a few weeks.

My wife doesn't seem to complain about the workouts.....

***IN ADDITION***

For the record....never dabbled in any type of test. product. It's a little too risky IMO. Not that I'm saying you are wrong if you do, just not my thing is all! Also, don't drink, don't smoke.

What a more common weight naturally for a person above 6'? I've seen quite a few members below 200lbs but not so many above. I know ECH, Beefcake, and myself are all 250+ natty but are there many others?

252 currently, but thats not as ripped as State of mind. I'm probably sitting between 15-18%bf right now, so even at contest I'd be well above 200. Before I started lifting I just assumed anybody the same height as me must weigh around the same, but my personal trainer said I was just a freak (He was 5'6" and 170).

yeah well, it just takes time man..you dont see alot of guys with under 2-3 years training with those numbers. being over 6ft tho it should not be hard to reach over 250lbs naturally with moderate to low bf, esp with a few years training under your belt. everyone has that explosion period where they gain the most mass, for most its within the first year, but others it isnt.
