you look damn good keep training consistant ,eat healthy and stay hydrated. Bounce around our training and nutrition sections and see what you think. Looking good mate, great base to work from. As mentioned, hit the food hard, stay consistent with your training and most importantly, give it time.

Leaned out pretty good.Nice traps.Great base.I think the pose is a little wird thats what makes your chest not look right but eat lots and keep it fairly clean bro.lift heavy!!
