Yeah mate, For you the gains will come relatively quickly provided you are eating ok. Enjoy it while it lasts. Ensure you are getting at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight so for you thats 135g protein per day. Going over that a little wouldnt hurt either but id say just by looking at you, you should try to focus on gettin in carbs. That will add the mass. Someone else can go into the details for you eg numbers cuz thats not my interst but good luck!
