if you workout at a gym, ask a trainer to test your bf, or go to a health center and get it checked .

Cool man! Thanks for sharing with us. Don't worry about being skinny, that's how most of us start out :P You have nice small joints, so when you do pack on a little more muscle its going to look real nice. Your bf looks to be around 8 or 9 percent. I could be wrong though.

Eat 6 to 8 meals at day, or as many as you can.. Don't do any cardo, you'll be bulking for this time period.. Train safetly and intensily. Repeat ohhh 1 million times

You dont neccesarily want to increase your BF(body fat).... lol... more so at the level your at you just need to add overall mass which along with that will generally come some bodyfat.

SO thats just basically eating a healthy diet of 6-8 meals a day right? ANd also getting enough proteins and carbs and other good stuff? haha.

Yeah mate, For you the gains will come relatively quickly provided you are eating ok. Enjoy it while it lasts. Ensure you are getting at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight so for you thats 135g protein per day. Going over that a little wouldnt hurt either but id say just by looking at you, you should try to focus on gettin in carbs. That will add the mass. Someone else can go into the details for you eg numbers cuz thats not my interst but good luck!

For sustained energy you need complex carbs, things such as potatoes and brown rice are good, cheap sources of carbs
