Hey guys whats up. Ive been browsing the forums for a year or 2 now, reading up on all the advice and tips given heheh, never posted, but since my friend emailed me some pics of us on his jet skis, thought I would post em up. Been into working out since HS, but very serious the past year and a half. I think these pics were taken a week or two after I had started working out(in june) since hurting my wrist and being off for almost 2 months.

Stats: 21y/o
5ft 9inchs
Weight: I think I was around 195-197lbs in the pics now weigh 201-202 depending on the day.

And yes, my lcalves are very small.

What are your goals?

Well, I didnt have any pics of me, and I was bored heh. Thats basically why.

Original goals were to weigh 200lbs and have 17inch arms and keep my waist the same(34inch) (of course with other body parts increasing, but arms are the easiest to measure., I passed both of those, so now its to weigh 210lbs and have 18inch arms with the same waist.

I was really really skinny when I was younger, so now i just want to be the opposite. Only downside is now I have stretch marks all over the inside of my biceps, my chest, and my lats, but its a good sign im growing.

well I guess you are the one in front haha.From what I can see youre 12-15%bf have decent arms,small traps and def need to work on your legs.
