As for the ratty. . . . cut my hair a couple of days ago and though i would do it for a bit of a laugh, thought i would play around with it while i still got it!

Um my goals are to be around 220lbs with 10%-12%BF give or take.

Im at around 211lbs but having said that i realised that i would like to reach 242lbs or 110kgs with 10%-12%BF in a year or two..
Its goin to be a little bit tight thought atm i havent got enough money for supps or anything, just eating training hard heavy and sleeping

I thought my ratty would stiring up a few old memories haha

I train heavy, im about to start a new routine come monday..

I agree - great base - really good V taper - you'll reach your goal no problem. Make sure you do a clean bulk while you're going up - easier when you move to a cut. What's your height?
