Yeah im in perth
Sorry evern thought im in wa, I was going for the Queenslanders haha

hey guys thought i would show who every was interested what was holding up my frame hahaha
unfortunatly its a disgraceful set of chicken legs.
I sublexated my right knee back in Dec '06(You will notice my VMO slighty higher then the left and more fatty/unused tissue, i guess you could call it, hanging on the inside of my knee), so i guess you could say my legs arent my strongest asset.

WTF! - Those aren't the worst wheels in the world! - I think you've got good shape and mass and an opportunity to add some additional bulk & definition! Watch out for leg extensions so you don't put too much pressure on the knee - try some walking lunges (w or w/o weight) to start.
Def not chiken legs!

I just think theres alwaysh room for improvement, but i gotta take it slow with my legs as you know thats why i think i have chicken legs compared to my upper body anyways haha.
