I don't know if we ever will find out either, seeing as how these were his only 3 posts and he hasn't been active since December.

What about it don't you understand exactly? This guy is/was 345 lbs, that is only BW X 2-2.4 not an unattainable or unbelievable stat by any means whatsoever. I could understand if he posted a picture of himself being 145lbs soaking wet, but he is 345, he is a monster.

Just cuz your fat doesnt mean you can lift. ANd i dont believe a 640 lb bench press either. mand also he said he does his squatS with 600, does that mean he does sets of 10 or 3? very indirect, if you had high lifting numbers youd figure you would know how much you can do but thats not the case, like i said before you state what youve done, not what you might be able to do. if you think you can do more you say EX: the most i ever deadlifted was 785, but i think i could have done more, but the most i have done was 785

I have seen other pics of this guy in the last year, for those of you that are suspicios of his lift #'s are well founded. Deadlifting from a rack, and only lettin the bar travel to knee cap level is not a true deadlift. I saw posts where he actually showed himself lifting, his form is atrocious to say the least. Yes, he is stronger than average but most amateur strongmen could smoke him. He's big as crap, that's the end...I cannot remember the site he posted on, it has been so long since I saw those photos, but one of the ones he posted here jogged my memory. He thinks a bit more of himself than he should, once agian-I'm not hatin on the guy, but if you say you did a lift tell EXACTLY what you did, from the reack is much different than from the floor. Saftey rack bench is not the same as regular bench, and a partial range of motion does not count as a lift-it is a plateau busting technique.

Lol thanks for the info, now it makes sense, that small bb david henry has deadlifted 750 from the rack and he could prolly only do around 550, so thank you again for the info, i was sick of tring to convince everyone this guy was full of shit

I actually choose to give people the benefit of the doubt before I immediately hate on them, and that is not to say I cock ride them either. I am just not an "e-warrior" who jumps on what they think is bullshit on the drop of the hat. Now that it has been confirmed it is not all it's cracked up to be, that's fine I'll admit I'm wrong. But I was not arguing for someone I don't know, I was defending the POSSIBILITY that he may have lifted that much, instead of being a complete cynic.

I'll echo Mullet. I wasn't defending the guy or dismissing him either with the little information we got from him other than to see he was the size of a house. Hell 600 on a smith bench would still be a big number on a free weighted one :)

I'm gonna have to find the site where the phtos were, I think he has two-or three vids of personal bests, so that you can see what he means by 'lift'.

I agree that you should always give them the benefit of a doubt that the numbers may be real, but I am quick to call bullshit myself when numbers are over the top, despite someones body weight. And my man looks soft as dough.... Lets see his vids!
