maybe not the last show i will ever do but since then ive really been trying hard to get through school. i struggle enough as it is when im NOT dieting.
my diet consisted of around 40 grams a protein per meal and 8 meals a day, i think i did 5 real food meals and 3 shakes. my carbs i fluctuated from 200 for 2 days and then 100 for 2 days, i started doing that 8 weeks out, cant remember what i did before that.
training was basic, each body part just once a week, heavy weight.
