Aiming to go on a cut, lose the semi-gut and funny little tweaky-chest nipples.

I use the term 'Progress' loosely, because I am unable to find any 'before shots', but hey, this is me now.

Lol, appologies for being a bit white, in Australia, IN THE MIDDLE OF FREAKING WINTER!!

Did anyone experience Australia's last summer? It was appalling! No sun!

Also, I did this 'auto-correct' thing on my photo editor thing and that's what causes a lot of the whiteness.

yea u should take advantage of ur hormones in ur teenage years and early twenties, keep bulking! dont get hung up in trying to have a six pack year round. and i dont know wut ur talking about, u aint got no gut, stop being a lil girl

I often access this site at school, and the last thing I want is for some jerks (or even friends) to find my pictures or account...that would be...awkward.

Not bad bro esp at young age.I would add some mass while youre young but I would do it during the winter(whenever that is lol)so you can be shredded for the summer ladies lol

Just work on improving the weight you can lift whilst eating well and maintaining good bodyfat levels (8-12% is fine). I wouldn't bulk to 20% nor try and maintain at 5%.
