my workout is
monday chest, bi's and cardio
tue: legs and abs
wed: mountain bike rides
thur: shoulders tri's cardio
friday: backs abs cardio
sat: may do cardio may not :)
sunday: relax
dont really take supplements... i am on ECA right now... gonna get some

umm my diet includes 6 small meals all animal proteins no shakes... of chicken and fish...
i only treat myself to red meats once per month... i get fiber from spinach and oats in the morning... i got the caveman diet... thats what i call it lol..."nuts, fish, poultry, and leaves for fiber" lol
