hey everyone im new to the dungeon, thought id post up some of my pics let me know wat you all think, im 16 and an ectomorphe, been training for a long time and its my addiction, im thinking about competing but not sure yet, i really need to put on some mass thats my main goal right now, anyways these pics are pretty old, ill try getting some updated ones soon =] sorry if their coming out small i dont know how to make them bigger when posting, clicking on it should make it bigger

You know that you need to work on the mass, so I don't have much to say.
Looks like you could use some tricep mass.

thanx man, you look hella crazy for 16 also =] and yeah im really trying to work on the triceps right now, and my legs are ok until you git below the knees lol, my calves are VERY small, jus recently started getting my hams and quads big, i still need work on the calves though
