I feel you man,I myself own pretty long limps as well,so I have a really hard time filling them.Don't worry if you don't fill as fast & as much as your other buddies,it'll take more time,but once you do with your height...Friendly advice since you're young,don't overtrain,you're naturally thin so you may have to lower your training volume 'cause you're burning too many calories to bulk up,just make sure you're training with maximum effort & yes some exercises are not delivering any results in your physique 'cause you have long limps & torso,but there are others that do |
