So I started liftin early this year and got a rotator cuff injury and was out for a while now im starting back up and have been for about a month. Would like criticism on what i need most improvment on or if what I got going on is good. Right now I goto lifetime fitness and have been doing my workout routine and a guy named Ray Jalivay who used to play for the cowboys tells me more stuff I should do and how to do it right. Just looking for some more advice

Started at 150lbs ended at 175lbs
Curently 6"1, 180lbs. trying to get to 200
(only take whey protein and multivitamins, Considered creatine but have not yet)

I dont think youre shoulders are too bad! Traps and Bis look good. Need some chest work though

I think your tri's are one of your weaker areas, def need to work on the chest, keep going for overall mass though.

Thanks alot guys and Mitbar what do you mean by how do the wheels look.???? And yes I hate how small my chest is. Overall I love the criticism and tri yes i know I have been going hard on them lately.

this quote shows your attitude towards your legs, and the fact that you didnt post a pic of them means you dont consider them very important as well.

if i was going to criticize it would be that you need to do MORE LEG training.

Squat, squat, and then squat some more. The squat is the king of all lifting exercises. If you learn this lesson while you are still young, you have a greater chance of being big as you get older. Place the most importance on how much you can squat, and not on your bench press.

Pretty good progress for 15 bro. Triceps are a weaker area as well as the chest stick to incline and decline bench press as supposed to flat bench for a couple of months, but keep it up!!
