So I started liftin early this year and got a rotator cuff injury and was out for a while now im starting back up and have been for about a month. Would like criticism on what i need most improvment on or if what I got going on is good. Right now I goto lifetime fitness and have been doing my workout routine and a guy named Ray Jalivay who used to play for the cowboys tells me more stuff I should do and how to do it right. Just looking for some more advice

Curently 6"1, 180lbs. trying to get to 200
(only take whey protein and multivitamins, Considered creatine but have not yet)
