hey guys not posted for a while, last time i did do i was a little fat. now im currently on a diet for a show in july. let me no what you think. cheers.

Not bad you hav great size but you def have some cutting to do to get ready for a show in July.If its at the end of July you have 8 weeks it better be a strict diet.Good luck bro!

You look good bro, what bf% you at though? you dont look like 196 to me? Still got great physique though only thing I would say is to try and bring your chest up a bit more to match your shoulders and arms.

thanks guys for the comments. i dont no what body fat i am i started my diet at about 19% and im over half way of what i needed to lose which was 2st. ive got between 10-14lbs to lose. what weight do i look like?

Fair enough, im quite bad at guessing the weight of people lol Got any pics of your back and legs aswell, it would be good to see how they compare to the rest of you.

the show is the 13th of july but theres one on the 27th of july so i might go into that one. the shows are qualifiers you see and then the top two go through to the british finals in october. its a natural show and im in the under 20's category. im hoping to win it!!

I would say go for the 27th if you can, get as much preperation done as you can.

Is there anyone else from the dungeon going to the show like moorey or bigbull etc?

im gna increase my cardio alot more and just be as strict as can be.

i dont know anybody on this board who are going to that show. thanks pal anyway. ill let you no what happens and all.

Be careful with the cut, you dont want to lose any muscle in the process. Moorey is from manchester so he might be going, even if he isnt he might come along to support you if you ask him, hes a really nice guy. Bigbull is from halifax I think aswell so the he might be competing im not sure. Im pretty sure theres a few more poeple from manchester so just look around.

yeh ano, i think i have already done that because i have lost some strength in some bodyparts! yeh ill have a look around.
