yeah my strenght has increased, one time i was really surprised that i was doing 75kg over head barbell shoulder w/o, at the end i felt real happy

but on the sidde i JUST started taking no-xplode

and its working brill.

Yep, have definitely noticed you're making improvements! I think your shoulders are fine. As you begin to pack on mass your shoulders will enlarge imo.

In my opinion...

Strong points: Arms
Weak points: Chest and overall back.

And lean over more on those T-bar rows! haha.
