Ibanezman's progress pics

ok guys. i'm gonna be posting A LOT of pics in this thread. showing the progress i've made in somewhere between a year and a year and a half.

i go through peroids of cutting and bulking so some pics will look bigger than the last and more cut and the next one might be even bigger but bulkier and one after that even BIGGER and more cut too. keep in mind i go through periods of bulking and cutting. here we go. i don't have dates for these so i'm sorry.

You have definitley gained good quality size.Your biggest and best improvement by far is your back.

yeah i was small
went from 110lbs to 172lbs
imagine how some of my friends see me now.

WOW, the improvement is absolutely incredible, keep it going mate you could go a long way in this sport if you keep it up. Even though you were smaller from the start you can see you had great genetics for this sport. Can't wait to see you with another years training under your belt, you will be an absolute MONSTER!!!!

yeah i just gotta loose the fat now

i'm just gonna keep bulking for a little longer.

my lats grew so fast. my arms are actually pretty big but not when i do a front double bicep. my lats grew so fast, that my arms now look small when i do a front double bicep.

as for leg shots, i don't have many but i'll post them up in a second. these where from a while ago. i don't have any recent leg pics.

i have real small calves.

yeah i was about to say.....my chest improved a lot too. and take a look at my firs side chest pic with my black muscle shirt on. then take a look at the one i took outside with my shirt off. see the difference in my delts?

quads are my strongest bodypart right now

but you can tell the genetics were there

if you see the pic of me wearing an orange beater, you can see that i had no chest whatsoever haha.

the only thing i've measured recently were my calves to track my progress. they're 14.5 inches. they've grown .5 inches in 7 months! that's ****. but oh well.

when my calves were 14 inches, my arms were 15.5 which is quite a huge difference. i'd say my arms are probably 16 inches now or 16.5.
