Looking thick, definitely need to add some width to your back. Try wide grip pullups.

ye i will do, back is one of thows groups with me as well as my shoulders that i just can not get a good bern in, would not even no ive trained them the next day.

You don't need to feel a burn to know you've had a good workout.

You say "trained them the next day", if you're doing this on a regular basis then you're most likely overtraining man, what does your split look like?

monday - chest
tuesday - back
whensday - abs - legs
thersday - sholders
friday - arms

and cardio every morning

Wide grip pullups, bent over barbell rows overhand and underhand grip has always helped me
