I've been training for a little bit over a year and 2 months now. I started really getting serious about 8 months ago though. It was really difficult, and I always had issue with bodyfat seeing as I had been about 25%+ for a couple of years before that so I would bulk in-effectively and then couple of months later diet down and lose 50% of my gains. Anyway last picture is about 2-3 months ago, since then I dropped a little bit more bodyfat, got down to about 12% at 80kgs, from 106kgs, but I lost a good amount of muscle and my strength was cut in half, so right now I'm bulking again, hopefully won't be cutting for about a year.

Picture 1, (205lbs) old picture before any training had very little lean mass.
Picture 2,(170lbs) after about 3-4 months of training, end of a cut
Picture 3 (233lbs), after about 8 months, reached best conditioning, bench 325, dl 450 )
Picture 4, the same
Last picture after about 3 weeks of severe dieting (bad idea) was about (200lbs).

For reference I'm about 6'2-6'3. I'm really looking for advice on which body parts need the most work, and overall criticism. I'm also concerned that on this bulk I gain as much lean mass as possible with out the extra fat, when I bulk I tend to go all out but I'm always afraid of not getting enough calories/protein. Thanks.

Nice transformation! I would work on chest.

In order to get the leanest bulk possible you have to monitor your weight, but more importantly your bf and adjust your calories as needed. Most people don't do this... sadly. Also take pictures from week to week performing the same poses and keep a journal of your diet and training.

I added a new picture, you can see my chest from the side is pretty developed, it's not bad at least, definitely not my weak point. I should take a lot of poses next time. Picture is in first post.

edit: in the last picture I didn't flex my chest and was massively carb depleted.

i would say keep track of your body fat on a bulk, so you dont gain too much fat. but other wise you are good, just keep the meals very lean.

I just took some pictures, I weigh about 96kgs at the moment, I was about 79kgs a month and a half ago, but training really hard and eating a ****load, plus a I started a 750mg sust cycle 2 weeks ago helped me gain the weight back.

Sorry for the posing but it was taken with friend's cell.

I should probably update, I'm 255lbs now, although bodyfat a bit higher than in the pictures not much, I haven't taken a progress picture in couple of months but here's one about 5-6 months difference between the ones above.

I think I was 230-235 maybe here, so at least 20-25lb difference

Thanks, that's pretty much what I've been working on. My biceps/forearms have always been my weakest bodyparts but recently they've been growing pretty well, especially with slow negative, and volume sets for triceps. Arms at about 18.25" now.

18.25" ....I doubt that a lot. I would get off the drugs immediately. You are too young to be doing drugs, and you have plenty of potential naturally.

I would focus on the basics and try to gain lean mass. It looks like you are gaining a lot of excess bodyweight as you bulk. This can cause problems down the road. It is good to eat a lot, but try to make the majority of it low carb and high protein foods. You still need carbs, but don't go crazy with them.

I think you're weight gain and weight loss shows that you can mentally handle dieting and eating a lot, which is good. Keep working hard, but my advice again is to get off the drugs.
