I've been training for a little bit over a year and 2 months now. I started really getting serious about 8 months ago though. It was really difficult, and I always had issue with bodyfat seeing as I had been about 25%+ for a couple of years before that so I would bulk in-effectively and then couple of months later diet down and lose 50% of my gains. Anyway last picture is about 2-3 months ago, since then I dropped a little bit more bodyfat, got down to about 12% at 80kgs, from 106kgs, but I lost a good amount of muscle and my strength was cut in half, so right now I'm bulking again, hopefully won't be cutting for about a year.

Last picture after about 3 weeks of severe dieting (bad idea) was about (200lbs).
For reference I'm about 6'2-6'3. I'm really looking for advice on which body parts need the most work, and overall criticism. I'm also concerned that on this bulk I gain as much lean mass as possible with out the extra fat, when I bulk I tend to go all out but I'm always afraid of not getting enough calories/protein.
