That's horrible bro. Take out 9 of those workouts each week and concentrate more on eating, which will be the real factor of how fast you grow. Eat, sleep, and train hard to get big!

lol I am sure it would be tough for any kid his age to follow a program such as this, but if you want to give it a try go for it.
Meal one: 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 banana, 5 g Glutamine.
Meal two: 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 pieces grainy wheat bread, 1 cup oats, 1 multivitamin, 2 large glasses of water.
Meal three: 4 lean beef burritos, 1 cup brown rice, 2 fish oil tablets, 2 scoops whey, 1 large glass of water.
Meal four: 2 cups Black beans, 6 oz chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 fish oil tablets, 3 large glasses of water.
Meal five: oatmeal, 10 grams BCAA powder, 1 glass of water.
TRAIN
Meal Six: PWO shake: 50 grams maltodextrin, 50 grams dextrose, 1500 mg sodium, 15 g Glutamine, 10 g creatine, 2 1/2 scoops whey.
Meal Seven: Large plate of whole wheat pasta, 1 multivitamin, 2 large glasses of water.
Meal eight: Spinach with EFA dressing, 1 medium sized sweet potatoe, broccoli, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 large glass of water.
Meal nine: 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 50 mg zinc chelated, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablepoons flax seed oil, 10 g Glutamine.
SLEEP 8+ HOURS
