I took your advice to heart and worked on my back, Im going to enter an amateur natural competition this summer in Wisconsin. Here are some pictures of me after a few weeks, Ive also started tanning a little but I have a long ways to go. I also need some tips on my posing since I'm a total newbie to it.
You look good. When is the show? I would probably wait to start tanning. You really have to stay consistent with it or it isn't worth it you will lose it and your money.

you are right Zack, i went from 178 to 192 in a matter of months, I am loving the way i look. As for the competition, Im not sure yet which one im entering, im just doing it to say i did it, you know?
Might be a cheesy smile who am i to judge haha but on tage they want you to smile big like that.Makes you look more relaxed and confident.You have to walk on stage like you already know that you have won!
